The Reynolds Partnership is a small proactive Chartered Building Surveying Practice specialising in providing the information required, to enable informed decisions to be made in the specialist areas of property, construction and land. A complete range of services is offered from carrying out full building surveys and schedules of condition to providing cost advice, construction administration and project management.
Following a successful career in the London Fire Service the principal Gary Reynolds undertook a course of study at Greenwich University achieving a first class honours degree in building surveying. He then undertook spells in both private and public consultancy prior to being elected to professional associate in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Specialist works have included; undertaking full building surveys, specific defect reports, contract administration, costing construction work, work in connection with party wall awards and schedules of dilapidation.
Following advancement throught the profession Gary Reynolds has become a building surveyor assessor, for an independent accreditation organisation, and instructs on professional building surveying seminars and courses for fellow professionals. In 2005 Gary qualified as a Home Inspector to undertake Home Condition Reports and Energy Assessments and in more recent times he has become a qualified NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifier.
Amongst other qualifications achieved by Gary, he can also undertake Authorised NHER Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) Energy Audit and Design Plan Assessments.
Gary Reynolds is now due to undertake assessing for the RICS Professional Interview and assessment the APC (Assessment of Professional competence) MRICS and technical grade ATC (Assessment of Technical Competence) TechRICS.
The Reynolds Partnership have been independently accredited to the Surveyors and Valuation Accreditation SAVA
