Project Managers
Time -v- Quality -v- Cost. As Project and construction managers we advise on, and manage, the development process from site acquisition through to a successful conclusion. Our experience in the property and construction markets enables us to provide clients with a comprehensive informative service based on first hand knowledge of the complexities of a project.
Construction Design and Management
The CDM 2007 Regulations apply to most common building, civil engineering and engineering construction work. You must notify HSE of the site if the construction work is expected to either:
last longer than 30 days; or
involve more than 500 person days of construction work.
We undertake the role of CDM Co-Ordinator ensuring that the client meets their responsibility and imposed additional duties.
Construction Contract and Procurement Advice
Offer + Acceptance + Consideration = Contract. Therefore, large as well as small building projects form a contract. We can offer advice and administer contracts including the valuation of works undertaken. We advise our Client’s on the best procurement route to follow to ensure a successful project.
Construction Cost Planning
To ensure ‘best value’ in a project, information and advice can be provided about cost and cost projection. Thus, allowing the Client to make informed decisions and assess the affordability of the scheme including the design options available and providing the additional information so funding can be secured at detailed periods throughout the project.
Construction Cost Estimation the Elemental Approach
Prior to tendering building projects we can provide detailed specifications enabling contractors to understand the Client’s requirements and thereby provide a competitive estimation. The elemental approach allows detailed cost control and therefore exacting management of the construction phase.
