Full Building Surveys
Formally called a structural survey the survey and report provides detailed information allowing the purchaser to make informed decisions in the acquisition of the surveyed property and includes the future liabilities or risks surrounding maintenance and repair.
Full Survey (summary report)
A full survey is undertaken with the provision of a summary report, which provides details of any significant defect and essential work. This survey also includes budget estimates for 'essential works' (works that are required to be undertaken within six months of ownership).
Homebuyers survey and report Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
Industry standard, brief survey and report that is usually only recommended on standard modern residential housing stock.
Measured Surveys
Prior to alterations and/or extensions works measured surveys can be undertaken with drawings produced in AutoCad to enable accurate plans to be produced to assess impact and the available space to make informed decisions.
